Frances Jacobs-Norman
Frances Jacobs-Norman, CADC, is an alcohol, drug and suicide counselor. Her vast knowledge of Alcoholism and Drug Addiction gives her the flexibility to deal directly with each client’s individual needs, on a one to one basis. She has worked at Oasis Mental Health and Michael’s House and was a counselor at the Awareness Program in Indio, California.
